- Replace these files in the post-obit destination: C:\Programme Files\Autodesk\Revit 2018.
Check Firewall and/or Proxy
Note: The below steps may crave assistance from your System or Network Ambassador.
The issue could exist a symptom of a firewall/proxy filtering the connection between the car and the Cyberspace.
- Allow access through the proxy/firewall for the domains indicated in this article: Which URLs/Protocols need to be allowed for Autodesk Subscription Licensing. Ensure that the proxy is configured to permit unrestricted and anonymous admission to all of those URLs. The default port number for HTTP is lxxx and for HTTPS is 443.
- In the domains listing, at that place are Login Verification-specific domains. Add together these domains either 1 past one or past using wildcard. E.g., instead ofcur.autodesk.com,registeronce.autodesk.com, etc., use*.autodesk.com to cover them all.
- Brand certain TLS 1.2 is enabled.
- Certificate verification sites are all using HTTP but not HTTPS. Make sure the domains in the category Third-party Document download and verification sites are using the HTTP protocol.
- Verify that HTTPS Inspection is disabled for the domains *.autodesk.com.
- Verify that your domain has no Group Policy Object (GPO) that restricts tertiary-party certificate registration or revocation. Refer to this article: Single-user or sign in option is missing from the Let's Get Started Screen due to compromised root certificates to check the Document Path Validation Settings Properties of GPO.
- If VPN is turned on, try to disconnect from VPN and use other alternatives (i.e., less restrictive) Internet connection.
- Turn off the firewall, launch and sign into the program, and and then turn the firewall back on equally per: Firewalls and licensing issues
Microsoft Cyberspace Explorer
